When you start development of your bioanalytical assays, you want to be confident it is going to work. Part of the challenge is sourcing highly specific, well-characterized antibodies in the ideal format, and with the detection label needed for your chosen platform.
In this webinar, we describe how TrailBlazer Antibodies are made using antibody phage display and a new modular antibody assembly platform based on SpyTag technology. The in vitro method facilitates generation of anti-idiotypic antibodies to address pharmacokinetic (PK) assay design for different drug modalities. SpyTag technology enables site-directed conjugation and rapid assembly of multiple bivalent and Ig-like formats.

This webinar is recommended for scientists seeking a rapid service for the generation of custom antibody reagents designed to target a large molecule biologic, or to support cell and gene therapy development.
